During my time at GREATERTHAN, I participated in their unique A&R Scout and Marketing Launchpad®, a program designed to provide young professionals with hands-on experience in music marketing and A&R research. I was assigned to the Twitter and Linked-In team where I used skills such as team collaboration, market & trend research, and content creation to increase engagement on both platforms by 5%. My team communicated weekly in order to moderate these social media accounts, as well as tracking and reporting viral moments, and building and maintaining brand image. Our team was in-charge of heading up the New Music Friday project, in which we communicated weekly with all other teams regarding a collaborative playlist which included finds from the A&R Scouts, as well as trending music.

NEW MUSIC FRIDAY
The Twitter and Linked-In team was in-charge of heading up the New Music Friday project, in which we communicated weekly with all other teams regarding a collaborative playlist which included finds from the A&R Scouts, as well as trending music. As part of my weekly posts on my required day, I compiled all suggested music into a playlist that was shared

Have you heard of Ella Jane? The singer/songwriter went #viral in 2020 with her single 'nothing else i could do', and the song now has over 30 million streams on #spotify. The success from her viral moment caught the interest of Fader Label, who Ella Jane signed to 2020. Her music has touched the lives of millions, even receiving praise from music legend Elton John. The team at GreaterThan has been watching her success from the beginning, and we can't wait to see where she goes from here!
